Orientations for all members - Each tenant or guest will be walked through the gym and receive a proper demonstration of how all the equipment in the facility should be used. This will insure not only a safe workout but an effective workout for one and all.


Personal Training - DUFITT provides on call mobile Personal Training through most parts of Dubai city. All of our Trainers are certified, responsible and caring individuals. We actually refer to them as “Friendly Fitness Professionals”. Any member will have the opportunity to hire one of our staff to put together and help implement a plan that will help them reach all of their Fitness and Health goals.


Weight management - We offer a complete program for those individuals who need to learn how to shed those unwanted pounds with the help of a weight management coach. Each meal plan has only the food that the person likes because he or she chooses it. The meal plan suggests the appropriate portion size for each meal of the day. This combined with an exercise plan created by the coach allows the individual to lose weight at a healthy pace and best of all keep it off.
